Food, Wine, & Crime Reviews: J Vineyards Rosé

Food, Wine, & Crime Reviews: J Vineyards Rosé

Before I tried J Vineyards sparkling wines, I had heard about them. One day I samples of their rose showed up and I have to admit I was a bit excited. But is the wine worth the hype?’

I’m happy to report that the rosĂ© is pretty darn good. The pink salmon bubbles give of aromas of citrus, jasmine, and berries. It’s dry yet lively on the palate. Produced in the the Russian River Valley which is located in the heart of Sonoma County, the wine is made with mainly Pinot Noir grapes.

Tasting Notes:

This wine would be great paired with a burger, fried chicken, truffles fries or grilled cheese made with gruyĂšre . It’s also good simply for sipping. You might want to get more than one bottle, because once you get started, one bottle won’t be enough.

Crime Notes:

If this wine was a crime, it would a sophisticated woman that’s kills her boss to be a CEO. She would be able to charm everyone she meets into doing whatever she wants. And if anyone was a smooth criminal it would be her, no one would even think she was capable of doing whatever she needs to do to be on top.
