You know what’s a good pairing…”Cava and Que” (as in barbecue). To be specific it’s Virgil’s Real BBQ and and Vilarnau NV Brut Cava. The bubbles help to bring out all of the flavors in the meat and sauce. It’s such a perfect pairing. Also cava is perfect for sippin’in the summer on it’s own or in sparkling wine cocktail.
