It’s #SparklingWineSunday which means it’s the perfect time for a wine and cheese pairing. Today’s situation is truffle Brie and Côté Mas Crémant de Limoux Brut. It’s an orgasmic combination!

The truffle brie is a luxury cheese if ever there was one.The very popular, Maison de la Truffe in Paris, buys Brie de Meaux then adds a layer of their black truffle to it.  Actually it’s a sandwich filling of crème fraîche, mascarpone, and chopped black truffles. Like I said…orgasm! 😉

It’s one of the most decadent cheeses you will ever have. I could go on and on about this cheese, but it’s something you have to try yourself…at least once. It may be hard to find, because they make it for the holiday season. While of course the cheese would be amazing with Champagne, I went with a sample of Côté Mas Crémant de Limoux Brut. It’s the sixth most popular Crémant from the region. It gives off grower Champagne vibes and will only cost you around $12-$15 bucks. It has fabulous lemon and floral notes. It’s delish with any dish.

The wine..the cheese…two things to be on the lookout for. Give your palate something to be thrilled about. Cheers!
