While Bourgogne is known for it’s wine, they also make amazing cheese. A cheese from the region you should try is DĂ©lice de Bourgogne. It’s a soft-ripened triple-cream cheese made from cow’s milk produced by Fromagerie Lincet. What makes it so creamy and tangy is that it’s blended with  crĂšme fraĂźche to give it a rich yet smooth texture. When pairing with wine, go with Champagne or a CrĂ©mant de Bourgogne. It’s so good, I had to stop myself of I would haven eaten the whole thing. It will give you a serious foodgasm!
