Cognac Classics Week 2017

, , Comments Off on Cognac Classics Week 2017

Hennessy has brought back their annual Cognac Classics Week and this year it’s even bigger. Besides New York City, the week hit in Chicago, Detroit, and Los Angeles. Bars in each of the cities have created a special cocktail with Hennessy VSOP Privilège.

I went on a  preview of the week by participating in a Cognac crawl in Manhattan. The cocktails that have been created for the week are sure to pleasure any Cognac lover. There’s two more days left to enjoy the week since it runs until May 29th. You can find out which bars are participating on Liquor.com

Some of you may not be in a big city or can’t make it for the Cognac Classics Week. Below are three of the cocktails that I got to try on the crawl so that can still get it on with Henny at home. My favorite cocktail was the Dauphine Special. It’s seduction in a glass.

Since Cognac Day is right around the corner, June 4, these recipes will come in handy. Enjoy!
