Pompette Notes: Black Ink Rosé
Black Ink Wines are wines with a touch of attitude. Their wine is an ode to fantasy through arts and an elegance with edge celebrating tattoo culture. The winery recently released a new California produced rosé into their portfolio. The label on the bottle includes original artwork by Amy Nicoletto on TLC show, “LA Ink”.
Nicely balanced acidity, medium weight with aromas of strawberry, watermelon and white flowers with flavors of pomegranate, cherry and peach with a clean finish.
This delightful wine it packed with flavor. The white flowers and peach notes are elegant on the tongue. If you wonder what to pair with this one go with fish, burger and truffle fries, mac and cheese, fried chicken, and so much more. It’s the kind of rosé that goes they anything and everything.
I’m a big fan of this seductive rosé. It’s got an elegant taste with a very affordable price.
Pompette Tip: A rosé that will make you feel like a badass.
