After one sip of this crémant, I fell in love. It’s that good. Made with Mauzac grapes, mainly grown in the Limoux and Gaillac regions in the southwest part of France.
All grapes are hand picked, carried to the fermenting room in cases of at most 300 kilograms, and then immediately pressed pneumatically. The juices selected are then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel vats set at low temperatures. Effervescence then occurs naturally over a period of at least 18 months according to the traditional method, in temperature controlled cellars.
The aromas in this bubbly include apples, toast, herbs of Provence and citrus. This is wine would be great for any celebration, because the bubbles are frisky and flirty. Pair with seafood, salmon, popcorn, chicken, and life! You will love this one, trust me.
