Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

It’s officially Autumn which means pumpkin this and that. Long story short, pumpkin spice is in vogue. The perfect snack to celebrate the season is pumpkin pie spice popcorn. It’s the kinda snack that is great for a lazy Sunday watching football games or binging on Netflix.  Also remember that pumpkin spice is quite the aphrodisiac. The spices swirl together in the most seductive way.

Not only is this recipe easy make, it’s simply delicious. I also recommend sipping on some Frangelico while eating this popcorn. The hazelnut liqueur will pair nicely with the pumpkin spice flavors. It will be an Autumn orgy for your senses. Enjoy!

Pumpkin Spice Latte Popcorn

Serves: 2


  • 3 cups popped Jiffy popcorn

  • ⅓ cup Olive Oil

  • 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, divided


  1. Preheat oven to 325° F

  2. Place popped popcorn on a parchment paper lined baking sheet in a single layer.

  3. In a small bowl, blend together olive oil, pumpkin pie spice, sugar and ¼ teaspoon kosher salt.

  4. Once blended, drizzle over popcorn until evenly dispersed. Stir the popcorn around on the baking sheet until popcorn is coated.

  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, stopping to stir at the 5 minute mark.

  6. Remove from the oven, and if desired, finish with up to 1/2 teaspoon sea salt sprinkled over the popcorn.
