The Prosecco Pop Up Hits New York

The Prosecco Pop Up Hits New York

The Prosecco Pop Up kicked off in New York City with bubbles and good times at In Vino. This bubblicious pop up is produced by the creatrix of Champagne Week and City Sips, Blaine Ashley. She has joined forces with Keith Beavers, owner and beverage director of In Vino, to host the the events of the pop up.

As soon as I arrived at the launch party I was given a glass of the very sexy Altaneve Rose Prosecco. I even got to hang with owner of Altaneve, David Noto. I give this luxury Prosecco a thumbs up for celebrations and good times. Noto has a great story about how he came to the wine industry from generations of winemakers even though his father was steered in a different direction.

I also spent some quality time with the Bottega Gold Prosecco which I fell madly in love with. Not only is the bottle sexy in it’s gold glory, but it is so tasty! It is on my list for top winesfor love and seduction.

In Vino is a charming dim lit restaurant complete with candles and really good Italian food. During the Prosecco Pop, In Vino will feature Prosecco and anti pasta, etc. pairings such as ( this is just a sample of what is in store):

Bottega Gold Prosecco
